Join Tai for a New Year’s day ritual to soak in embodied presence and clarify your intention and vision for the path ahead. The invitation is one of being & becoming – of reconnecting to the peace, vitality, and wisdom that is your essential being, and, bringing awareness and intention to what you would like to cultivate moving forward.
This special New Year’s Day Sadhana will integrate mindful vinyasa yoga to support embodied presence, along with guided meditation and visualization to illuminate what is seeking your attention. This will be a rich and illuminating journey, and an opportunity to begin your New Year in a sacred, mindful, and intentional way.

The practice will be accessible to all levels, although some prior experience in yoga and meditation will be beneficial, as well as the ability to modify the practice as needed to honor your level of practice and physical requirements.
Please bring a yoga mat, eye cover (bandana or eye mask), and a journal & pen to capture insights that arise.
