INSPIRE Breathwork Challenge

Amid the pace of life, the responsibilities you carry, and the weight of the world, INSPIRE offers a steady and sacred place to land—a practice that supports grounding, clarity, focus, inspiration, and connection to your true north.

Whether you’re stepping into a new season of life, nurturing a creative vision, navigating transition, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, this month-long practice becomes a companion—a way to root, remember, and breathe your way back to your own center.

This is not about “fixing” yourself, optimizing your performance, or hacking your nervous system.

It is about devotion. Presence. Listening. Softening. Opening. Becoming available to life in a deeper way.

It’s about giving yourself some sacred space… to make a meaningful difference.

INSPIRE unfolds over four weeks and invites you into a steady, meaningful rhythm of practice, with three 45-minute conscious connected breathwork sessions each week. Each session includes a brief centering meditation, followed by ~35 minutes of active breathwork and a few minutes to quietly rest and integrate.

You’re encouraged to join the live sessions to experience the resonance, connection, and shared field of group practice. At the same time, life can be full, and all sessions are recorded so you can return to the practice at a time that aligns with your schedule.

In addition to the regular breathwork sessions, the program includes a Welcome & Orientation gathering on March 1st, offering space to ask questions, receive guidance, and connect with others in the INSPIRE community. After six sessions, we’ll come together for a mid-point check-in and sharing, and the journey concludes with a Closing Gathering following the twelfth session on Friday, March 27th.

INSPIRE is a structured, supportive, and sacred container—an invitation to reconnect with your breath, your Self, and the deeper current of life moving through you.

INSPIRE invites curiosity around questions like:

  • What shifts when I devote myself to conscious breath and inner listening for a month?

  • What clarity, creativity, and insight become available through consistent practice?

  • What patterns are asking to soften? What wisdom is wanting to speak?

  • What becomes possible when I remember who I am beneath fear, conditioning, and overwhelm?

This program is an invitation to cultivate:

CONNECTION TO INNER GUIDANCE

Strengthen your relationship with the deeper intelligence within—your intuition, wisdom, and Self energy. Realign with your north star.

SPACIOUSNESS IN A BUSY AND FULL WORLD

When the world feels heavy or overwhelming, breathwork invites perspective, compassion, and renewed capacity. It helps you soften into presence and meet life with steadier ground.

RELEASE & RENEWAL

With tenderness and courage, breathwork supports the unwinding of old patterns, emotional residue, and stories that no longer fit—so more of your true energy can return home.

INSPIRED POSSIBILITY

As you reconnect with your wholeness, new clarity, creativity, and direction often emerge—personally, relationally, spiritually, and creatively.

Tai held a loving and calming space to explore breathwork for the first time. She makes this work feel approachable and helped me build trust within my own practice.

Tai’s INSPIRE Breathwork program was amazing! I not only gained many insights during the month long journey, but felt like I was able to ‘clean out’ my internal house! Such clarity, openness, and a deep sense of connection to myself was revealed through the cumulative effects of having this dedicated breathwork practice.

TAI HUBBERT

Tai is an experienced breathwork facilitator and facilitator trainer, yoga teacher, and certified Hakomi Therapist & Teacher. She has facilitated somatic and expanded-state healing work for the past fifteen years, and her approach is one of assisting self-discovery and helping people connect to a deeper wisdom within, incorporating the body and nervous system, as well as the intelligence of the psyche and soul. Tai is based in Seattle, and more information about her background and approach as a facilitator is available here.

“Tai is wonderful. Her grounding energy holds a wide space allowing for anything to come through. I am fairly new to breathwork and Tai makes me feel right at home. I have personally never experienced the sense of calm and peace I feel after a session with Tai anywhere else. This work is such an amazing complement to the other healing/mindfulness modalities I enjoy." – Liz

  • Conscious connected breathwork that emphasizes an active two-part inhale followed by a passive exhale (via the mouth). This breathing pattern is continuous and connected, with intermittent breath holds.

The breathwork journey will be approximately 40-minutes, with 30-minutes of active breathing and 10-minutes of rest and integration. A curated soundtrack will enhance your journey, along with light verbal cueing. This type of breathwork is experiential and not heavily guided or instructed; it is a catalyst to induce physiological shifts and expanded states of consciousness for healing, growth, and self-discovery.

  • Yes! The Orientation on March 1st will cover the basics of the technique and some helpful context for what to expect in the breathwork journey, along with on-demand instructional videos in the Inspire Portal. As always, private sessions (available online or in-person in Seattle) are recommend for those seeking more individualized support for somatic healing or who have histories of complex trauma.

  • While this form of breathwork is valuable to anyone interested in healing and personal growth, it can induce strong physical and psychological states of experience, and may not be appropriate for those with the following conditions:

pregnancy, high blood pressure or history of heart disease, epilepsy, glaucoma, detached retina, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, dissociative identity disorder, borderline personality disorder, severe anxiety, or history of severe trauma or PTSD.

If any of these apply to you or more information is needed so you and your licensed care provider can assess alignment to participate, you are welcome to contact Tai directly at tai@swordandlotus.com.

  • That's OK! You can watch the session recordings anytime, and hopefully stick to the schedule of three sessions per week. You will have access to the INSPIRE Portal and all session recordings for one year.

  • You will have access to all session recordings for one year, until March 1st, 2027.

  • For this online program, no refunds will be made available.
