Public Sessions

Public Group Sessions (online & IN-PERSON)

Group breathwork sessions are a powerful and accessible way to experience this work — held within a shared field of presence, music, and collective intention.

ONLINE SESSIONS

Online sessions are 75 minutes, including a brief arrival and orientation, followed by a ~60-minute guided breathwork journey.

From the comfort of your own home, you are invited to settle in, turn the music up, and drop into a deeply immersive inner experience. You will be guided through the breath and supported throughout, both verbally and energetically, while held within the collective field of the group.

In-PERSON SESSIONS (SEATTLE)

In-person sessions are typically 2 hours, including an introduction to the practice, space to arrive and set intentions, and a ~75-minute breathwork journey.

These small-group sessions offer a more intimate and supported experience, with hands-on facilitation, personalized guidance, and the opportunity to connect more directly — both with yourself and with others in the space.

Sessions are held in Seattle (Upper Queen Anne), in a quiet and welcoming studio environment.

JOIN AN UPCOMING SESSION

All public group sessions — including online and in-person offerings — are now hosted through Kaisora Breathwork, where you can view the full schedule and register.

A note for first-Time participants

If you are new to this work, you are invited to visit Kaisora’s Orientation & Introduction, which features a 20-minute orientation to the practice of conscious connected breathwork, and helpful tips for preparing for your practice, whether you’re joining us online or in-person.

PRECAUTIONS & CONSIDERATIONS

While conscious connected breathwork can be valuable to anyone interested in healing and personal growth, it can induce strong states of physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual experience. As such, there are some conditions that are not recommended for this form of breathwork, or that may require modification of the baseline breathing technique.

Conditions that ARE NOT recommended for breathwork:

  • pregnancy

  • glaucoma, retinal detachment, macular degeneration, or any eye condition that could be worsened by increased intraocular pressure

  • epilepsy

  • aneurysm

  • recent surgery or major injury

  • psychiatric conditions including:

    • Schizophrenia or other psychotic spectrum disorders

    • Schizoaffective disorder

    • Bipolar disorder (especially if unmedicated or recently unstable)

    • Dissociative disorders (e.g., Dissociative Identity Disorder, Depersonalization/Derealization Disorder)

    • Current or recent history of psychosis or psychotic episodes

    • Severe PTSD with uncontrolled flashbacks or dissociation

    • Active suicidal ideation or recent suicide attempt

    • Borderline Personality Disorder (case-by-case, depending on stability and support)

    • Any condition that significantly impairs reality testing, impulse control, or capacity to self-regulate

Conditions that require caution or modification:

  • high blood pressure or history of cardiovascular disease

  • history of severe trauma (Type 1 or Type 2)

  • history of panic attacks

  • recent significant loss or life crisis

  • asthma

  • severe osteoporosis

  • children and teens (generally under 16 years of age)

  • any condition that could be aggravated by acute physical stress, strong emotional release, or expanded states of consciousness

If any of these apply to you, or if you have experienced significant trauma (or simply have questions about whether breathwork can support your desired intentions), please contact Tai for a consultation before registering for a session.

Tai’s presence is calming and comfortable. Something about her just makes you feel like you are in good hands and I felt completely safe with her. The breathwork experience was everything she said it was going to be. Intense. Beautiful. Balancing. She is the real deal. Words can’t describe, but her gifts are special and my experience was profound.

What an incredible introduction to breathwork. It was amazing, humbling, and life changing.
— Nicole C.
Through all the work I have done on myself, breath has been my ultimate medicine. I feel so fortunate to have started my breathwork journey with Tai. I have been able to shift around so much pain and grief and open up parts of my soul that I never knew existed. This kind of work would not have been possible without the radical witnessing and guidance of someone like Tai who creates a safe environment and exudes such care and compassion for those she is working with. Virtual or in person- Tai is skilled at making that transformative connection.
— Tina P.
