Whidbey Breathwork Retreat
You are warmly invited to a special 2-night breathwork retreat experience at the serene Whidbey Institute on Whidbey Island, WA, taking place from Saturday September 21st, to Monday, September 23rd. This retreat is ideal for those seeking to connect more deeply with themselves, and with Nature.
As a guest experience that is offered within the Level Two Breathwork Facilitator Training, happening from September 19th-24th, this retreat presents a unique opportunity to participate in several breathwork ceremonies, supported by a team of practitioners, including myself, Tai Hubbert, and some incredibly skilled and loving facilitators-in-training. The retreat includes 2-3 transformative breathwork ceremonies, along with gentle yoga and meditation sessions to aid in your integration, grounding, and centering in Self.
Fall is a beautiful time to retreat inward, reflect, and set intentions as we prepare to enter the Winter season. This retreat will provide the perfect environment to explore your inner landscape, surrounded by the healing and rejuvenating nature of the Pacific Northwest.
