Yoga is a holistic path to support integrated growth, well-being, and freedom; it is truly medicine for the mind, body, and soul. As a practitioner for over two decades, it is an absolute joy to teach and share practice in community.

Please join me for an intimate yoga experience at my studio in Queen Anne.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

Tuesdays 12-1pm

In “slow flow” classes, you can expect an integration of Hatha and Vinyasa, with plenty of time to deepen into poses and move at a pace in which you can maintain mindfulness and integrity of movement. I emphasize quality of engagement over quantity, with an orientation towards finding harmony in the body and energetic system.

Slow Flow classes are limited to 7 students and pre-registration is required; $22.

LSD: Long, slow, & Deep - An evening of yoga & Meditation

Select Thursdays 7-8:30pm

In “LSD” classes, you can expect an extended down-tempo practice that’s both nourishing and restorative, incorporating Hatha/Yin/Restorative yoga, myofascial release, pranayama, and seated meditation (20-minutes).

LSD classes are limited to 7 students and pre-registration is required; $30.
